We rely on 10 core ingredients that form the base of all of our recipes. We use a few other ingredients but they are always whole ingredients, real and organic

Our ingredients are locally sourced when possible, and then US sourced. Occasionally our nut sourcing is from Spain and Italy for Almond Flour but that seems seasonal, and it is hard to find the quantities we need in the US!
